Quebec City, July 23 2021 – For the first time, Akinox participated in the Défi Entreprises, a health and participatory program over a period of 3 months that aims to promote the implementation of healthy lifestyles in the workplace, a concept at the heart of Akinox’s philosophy. For its participation, Akinox received a distinction for being one of the companies (10 to 99 employees) with the highest percentage of participation.
In its constant effort to support the Government of Quebec in its fight against the pandemic, Akinox, a 100% teleworking company, gives $100 to its employees who decide to get vaccinated. This is part of the company’s mission since the beginning of the pandemic to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

A recently published article in the Journal of Medical Internet Research underlines how Akinox’ eConsult platform is effective, efficient, and well received by both patients and physicians. Furthermore, researchers highlight that, if used more widely, eConsult could help reducing wait times significantly.
